PHBV泡沫吸油材料的制备及吸油性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 以PHBV为基材 ,在不同的助剂条件下采用真空冷冻干燥制备了几种PHBV泡沫吸油材料 ,并进行了吸油性能的比较。实验结果表明 :以三氯甲烷和乙基纤维素为助剂制备的PHBV泡沫吸油材料的吸油率、二次吸油率随着助剂量的增加而有所提高 ,而以乙酸纤维素为助剂制备的PHBV泡沫吸油材料的吸油率、二次吸油率随着助剂量的增加而有所降低 ,三者保油率的变化不明显。当达到最佳配比时 ,三种助剂制备的PHBV泡沫在 2 6℃原油下的吸油率可达 2 0倍 ,在 17℃原油下的吸油率可达 30倍。从吸油性能、成本和环保等方面综合考虑 。 Several kinds of PHBV foams which use different additives are prepared by lyophililzation based on PHBV and their oil pick up abilities are compared.The results show that with the increament of additives amount,the oil pick up ratios and the second oil pick up ratios of PHBV foams whose additives are choloform and ethyl cellulose can increase,and those of PHBV foams whose additive is acetic cellulose can decrease.But the keep oil ratios of the three kinds of PHBV foams are insignificantly changed.When the ratios are the best,at 26℃,the oil pick up ratios of them can reach to 20 g/g,and at 17℃,they can reach to 30 g/g.Considering from oil pick up ability,cost and environmental effect,acetic cellulose is chosen as the best additive to prepare PHBV foams.
