甘蓝型油菜多目标综合选择法研究

RESEARCH OF METHODS OF POLYGOAL COMPREHENSIVE SELECTION IN RAPESEED(B.NAPUS)

采用典范相关分析法和层次分析法对60个油菜品种(系)的24个性状构造优质高产油菜多目标综合选择指数。结果表明,两种指数都有一定的选择效果。典范相关分析法构造的指数可解决易测性状的选择,间接改良一些难测性状,具有实用性;层次分析法在构造指数时,可包含育种目标,选出的品系更符合生产要求,并具有通用性。

In response to the present demands of commercial production and breeding of crops,canonical cor-relation analysis and analytic hierarchy procress are widely adopted to construct comprehensive selectionindices for polygoal breeding.The effects of the indices derived from both procedures on good qualityand high yield selection in rapeseed are discussed in this paper,using the data of 24 agronomic,yieldand quality traits from 60 rapeseed genotypes.Satisfactory results were obtained by using these indicesin selection.The indices constructed with canonical correlation analysis are expected to help improvesome quality traits indirectly by selecting some other traits while those constructed with the analytic hi-erarchy process is combined with the breeding goals and,therefore,is considered to be more desirablefor commercial production.
