摘要
文章提出一种新的测定亚硝酸盐的方法 ,该方法利用亚硝酸盐与 2 ,3 -二氨基萘的缩合反应在紫外区显色测定亚硝酸盐 ,反应体系加入β-环糊精后 ,吸光度明显增强。该方法测定范围为 0 .0 1～ 2 mg/L,检出限为 9.
