摘要
在15~30℃温度范围内,无翅型禾谷缢管蚜发育速率随温升高而加快,历期缩短;若虫期发育起点为7.13℃,有效积温为101.30日度,世代发育起点为7.5338℃,有效积温为105.80日度;温度还影响成虫产仔前期和产仔期的长短和产仔量及成虫寿命。有翅蚜若虫期发育起点为6.00℃,有效积温为137.74日度;完成世代发育的适温为20℃。随着温度升高,有翅型与无翅型比例逐渐减小。
The influences of temperature on the growth and development of oat bird-cherryaphids(Rhopalosiphum padi L.)were investigated in a laboratory experiment.The devel-opment of apteromorph was accelerated with the rise in temperature in the range of15-30℃,and 20℃ seemed to be optimum for the growth and reproduction of the pest whenwheat buds were supplied as the host plants.The proportion of pteromorph toapteromorph declined as the temperature rose.In addition,the developmental zero and ef-fective accumulated temperature of various instar nymphs and adults of apteromorph andpteromorph oat bird-cherry aphids are estimated.
