碳酸锶厂排放污水治理工艺流程浅析

A simple analysis of design scheme of strontium carbonate wastewater processing

提出了碳酸锶厂排放污水治理的工艺流程 ,对各个处理单元进行了说明 ,通过该工艺流程 ,使碳酸锶厂废水中的主要污染物或指标如COD、NH3 -N、S2 -、SS去除率达到 90 %以上 .

The main pollutants of strontium salt factory are COD Cr 、S\+\{2-\}、NH\-3-N and SS.The process of “coagulate gas float SBR” was used to deal with wastewater.After the treatment,the COD、S\+\{2-\}and NH\-3-N removal rate is about 90%,and SS removal rate is about 85%,with a sati sfied effect on decolourization.The effluent quality meets the reauirements of wastewater discharge standards GB8978-1996.The “coagulate gas float SBR” process is of advantage for less residual sludge,and less costy.It is a wastewater treatment process with high efficiency and low energy consumption.
