摘要
目的建立测定化妆品中6 甲基香豆素的气相色谱法。方法样品用丙酮溶解 ,超声波均质 ,离心 ,经HP 1色谱柱分离 ,氢焰离子化检测器检测。结果6 甲基香豆素浓度在0 0005%~0 01%范围内 ,线性关系好 ,最低检测浓度0 0001%(取样1g)。测定值相对标准偏差小于4 2 % ,回收率范围为94%~100%。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏。
Objective The method for determination of 6 methyl coumarin (6 MC) in cosmetics by gas chromatography was developed in this assay Methods After the dissolution by acetone,centrifugation,homogenization by ultrasonic homogenizer,separation by HP 1 resin column,the contents of 6 MC in samples of cosmetics were determined by FID detector Results The method revealed good linear relationship in the range of 0 0005%~0 01% of 6 MC The lowest detected concentration of 6 MC in 1 g sample was 0 0001% The relative standard deviation was below 4 2% The recovery rates ranged 94%~100% Conclusion This method was easy,rapid and sensitive
