摘要
利用冷模试验和数值试验方法对导流板式煤粉燃烧器出口和炉内气固两相流场及温度进行了模化试验 ,得到了一系列可应用于工程实际的计算公式和参考数据 ,并将试验结果应用于某 3 0 0 MW机组的防结焦改造 ,取得了良好的改造结果。导流板式煤粉燃烧器在某 3 0 0 MW机组上的成功推广应用 ,为解决大型电站锅炉炉内结渣问题提供了一条行之有效的途径。图 1 0参 1
In this paper, model tests on gas solid two phase flow and temperature field at the exit of powdered coal burner with guide plate and in furnace are carried out by using cold model test and numerical test methods, which lead to a series of calculating formula and reference data for engineering. The using of test results on slagging proof retrofit of a 300MW unit get good results which provide an effective way to solve slagging problem of large scale power plant boiler. Figs 10 and refs 10.
