摘要
采用红外热像技术在稳态条件下分别测量了波纹和波纹打孔板翅表面的对流换热系数 ,得到了换热无量纲准则式。对两种板翅表面的传热与阻力特性进行了比较分析 ,结果表明在 Re=1 0 0 0~ 3 0 0 0的大部分范围内 ,波纹打孔型表面比波纹型表面的换热系数高 5 %~ 2 5 % ,在 Re<2 0 0 0的范围内 ,波纹打孔流道的阻力略小于波纹流道或基本相当。图 6参
In this paper, convective heat transfer performance of wavy and wavy perforated plate and fin surfaces is tested respectively using IR technique. The correlations are derived. Both the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of the two surfaces are analyzed. The experimental results show that compared with the wavy surface, the wavy perforated surface gives 5%~25% higher heat transfer coeffcients in most of the test range. For Re <2000, the friction factors of the wavy perforated surface are lower than or equal to those of the wavy surface. Figs 6 and refs 3.
