摘要
提出了一种制备季戊四胺硫酸盐的改进方法。先由季戊四醇经两步反应制得四溴代季戊烷。四溴代季戊烷与对甲苯磺酰胺钠反应生成N ,N1,N2 ,N3 四 ( 4 甲基苯基磺酰基 )季戊四胺 ,再用浓硫酸水解得季戊四胺硫酸盐 ,经中和即得季戊四胺 ,总收率 30 %。讨论了溶剂。
An improved method for the preparation of pentaerythrityl tetramine was reported.Pentaerythrityl tetrabromide was first prepared starting from pentaerythritol via two steps. Pentaerythrityl tetrabromide was then treated with sodium p-toluenesulphonamide to give an intermediate, which was converted to pentaerythrityl tetramine (2,2-diamnomethyl-1,3-propanediamine) disulfate. The overall yield was 30%. The effects of reaction condition, solvent and phase transfer catalyst on the reaction were discussed.
