摘要
通过试验研究了增压中冷轻型车用柴油机不同喷嘴参数、不同喷油定时和不同工况下 HC排放与微粒有机可溶成分 SOF之间的相互关系。发现在负荷特性下 ,HC与 SOF有很好的线性关系 ,不过在不同条件下比例因子不同。如果牺牲一些相关系数 ,此线性关系可以推广到全工况范围 ,包括柴油机排放法规规定的十三工况。因此 ,在给定条件下通过某种标定性试验找出 HC与 SOF之间的比例因子 ,就可以通过 HC数据估算 SOF的排放量。本试验用柴油机的比例因子为 0 .0 9~ 0 .
Correlation between HC emission and soluble organic fraction (SOF) of particulate matter from a light duty turbocharged and inter cooled automotive diesel engine under different nozzle parameters,injection timings and operating conditions is investigated experimentally.It is found that correlation between HC and SOF is almost strictly linear along load characteristic under the same nozzle and injection timing parameters.But the proportional factor is different at different conditions.Linearity can be generalized to whole working condition range including the 13 mode test cycle of emission regulation at penalty of some correlation factors.If the proportional coefficient between HC and SOF is determined by calibration test,it is possible to estimate SOF by HC measurement.For the diesel engine tested,factors are 0.09~0.16.
