摘要
全面论述了柴油机并车控制器试验平台及监测分析系统的实现方法。根据参数的不同特点和实际条件采用 3种不同手段实现参数采集 :基于 CAN总线的监测分系统 ,基于 ISA总线的扭矩测量卡和串行通讯法。上位机监测软件通过 DDE方式获取全部采集参数 ,进行集中监测和实时分析 ,并对并车控制器的实际试验结果进行了分析。
In this paper,the technical method used in the DDCRC test bed and its monitor and analyzing system is fully described.Three processing methods,i.e.CAN -based monitoring subsystem,PC and ISA -based torque measuring card,and conventional serial communication,are adopted according to the different parameter features.The superior computer gathers all the parameters by use of DDE communication with CAN adaptor.PC and ISA -based measuring card and serial port.Automatically monitoring and real time analyzing functions are realized with help of the software.The practical experimental results for DDCRC are analyzed.
