阐述了如何在城市建立稳定可靠的能源供应系统 ,即在保障能源供应总量和安全的前提下 ,要优化能源结构 ,提高能源效率 ,保护城市生态环境 ,形成高效。

How to set up a stable and reliable energy supply system in the city is studied in this paper, which is in the case of assuring the quantity and safety of energy supply, optimizing the energy structure, improving energy efficiency, protecting environment, so that to set up high efficient, clean and reliable energy supply system.
