摘要
首次使用六线涡量探针在切向炉HG - 2 0 0 8-YM2的冷模上测量了其小分隔屏后的速度及涡量分布 ,得到了湍流特征的参数 (如湍流强度、倾斜因子及平坦因子等 )。小分隔屏的存在对其后的速度场及涡量场有明显的影响。实验结果表明 ,由于翼型效应 。
A 6 wire vorticity probe was used for the first time to measure the velocity and vorticity distribution behind the partition panel of the cold model of a HG-2008-YM2 tangentially fired furnace. Parameters depicting the characteristics of turbulent flow have been obtained, which include turbulent flow intensity, skewness factor and flatness factor, etc. The presence of a partition panel has a significant effect on the velocity and vorticity field behind it. The test results indicate that a separation vortex has emerged behind the right half panel due to airfoil effects.
