摘要
本研究用等离子体发射光谱法测定了云南滇西北产冬虫夏草及其寄主昆虫中的Na、Ca、Mg、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Co、V、Ni、Cr、Cd、Al、B、Pb、Si、Mo、P等18种元素.(1)用对应因子分析法检验了在虫草及不同龄期寄主幼虫体中的贡献值,发现Fe、Mg、Na、Ca、P、Mn在虫草与五龄虫中的贡献值接近.(2)经统计学检验分析得出虫草及五龄幼虫的元素背景值,发现Pb、Cd、Cr三种有毒元素的含量均低于卫生标准,对人无害.分析认为以五龄幼虫代替虫草入药较为可靠.同时还分析了虫草产地的土壤有效态元素对虫草及其寄主的影响.
18 elements(Na Ca Mg Mn Fe Cu Zn Co V Ni Cr Cd Al B Pb Si Mo P)in Cordyceps sinensis and Chost moths' larva(Hepialus)from Yunnan were determined. The results showed as following: 1.The dedication values of 18 elements in body of Cordyceps sinensis and five instars larva of Ghost moths, second to inatar,were detected by correspondence analysis, 6 elements (Fe Mg Na Ca P Mn) in C. sinensis and fifth instar larvae were reclassified into one type which means the values of these element of C .sinensis approached that of the larvae. 2 .Background values of 18 elements in C.sinensis and fifth instar larvae were obtained.The values of 3 Poisonous elemente (Pb Cd Cr) were all bellow their food standards.That showed the most suitable to use fifth instar larvae as a Chinese medicine to instead of C.sinensis.
