TDZ诱导三种植物叶切块离体培养植株再生 被引量:1

摘要 以0.01μmol/L浓度附加到MS固体培养基上的TDZ,诱导三叶半夏叶切块产生愈伤组织和形成球状体的能力显著超过附加2μmol/L BA的,且所诱导形成的球状体经转移培养后能正常形成再生小植株.在诱导非洲紫罗兰叶切块出芽和植株再生方面,0.005μmol/L TDZ的效力即与0.5μmol/L BA的相当.0.5μmol/LTDZ诱导蟆叶秋海棠叶切块出芽和植株再生方面的效力与5μmol/LBA相当.以上结果表明很低浓度的TDZ就可代替BA用于某些植物的离体微型繁殖中. The ability of TDZ supplemented to MS solid media at 0.0μmol/L to induce the callus and spheroid formation from leaf blade of Pinellia ternata (Thunb) Breit markedly exceeded that of BA at 2μmol/L, and being subcultured, the spheroids induced by TDZ grew into regenerated plantlets normally. The effects of 0.005μmol/L on shoot formation and plant regeneration from leaf blade in Saintpoulia ionantha Wendl were similar to that of 0.5μmol/L BA. The effects of 0.5μmol/L TDZ on shoot formation and plant regeneration from leaf blade in Begonia rex were similar to that of 5μmol/L BA. Above results showed that TDZ at a very low concentration could be used in micro-propagation in vitro in some plant species, as a substitute for BA.
