摘要
1986~1990年,利用日本9个鉴别菌系和国内7个菌系对近300个品种进行抗性分类,在鉴定出71个单基因品种的基础上,选出19个分属8种基因型的云南粳稻品种.进一步以日本9个为一套的单基因鉴别品种作对照,用云南35个菌株测定,筛选出丽江新团黑谷(Pi-K^3)、云玉1号(Pi-a)、高粱稻(Pi-i)、关东51(Pi-K)、楚粳1号(Pi-k^m)、滇榆1号×福锦(Pi-z)、大理782(Pi-ta)、单86-3(Pi-ta^2)、城堡1号(Pi-z^2)等9个为一套的单基因鉴别品种.我们新筛选的鉴别品种.可将云南的35个菌株划分出17个小种,与日本的一套鉴别品种有同等鉴别能力,明显优于我国原有的7个鉴别品种.
In 1986-1990, 71 monogenic varieties had been separated from near 300 varieties by resis-tance classification using 9 Japanese differential strains and 7 home strains of blast fungus, and then 19 monogenic varieties of Yunnan's Japonic type were screened which belongs to 8 genotypes respectively.Using 35 Yunnan strains as tester and 9 Japanes monogenic vaieties as check ones, a set of 9 monogenic differential varieties, including Lijiang Xintuanheigu (Pi-k5), Yunyu No. 1. (Pi-a) , Gaoliangdao (Pi-i) , Kanto 51(Pi-k) , Chujing No.1(Pi-km) , Dianyu No.1.x Fukunishiki (Pi-z), Dali 782 (Pi-ta) , Dan 86-3 (Pi-ta2) , Toride (Pi-zt) were sereened newly. They classified 35 Yunnan strains into 17 identical races and had the sam differential ability as that of Japanese and superior to the former Chinese differential varieties.
