根管治疗失败后再治疗的疗效观察

The Clinical Study of Re-treatment for the Failure in Endodontic Treatment.

目的 探讨根管治疗失败的原因 ,寻求治疗方法 ,提高患牙的保存率。方法 对根管治疗失败的 2 0 7颗患牙进行再治疗 ,1年后复查观察疗效。结果 根尖有阴影的患牙有效率达 80 .3% ,有瘘管形成的患牙有效率达10 0 % ,有临床症状的患牙有效率达 91.8%。结论 根管治疗失败的患牙经过完善的再治疗 ,仍可得以保存。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of re-treatment after poorly endodontic treatment. Methods 207 teeth with poorly endodontic treatment were retreated and observed from clinical performance and X-ray one year later. Result The effective rates were 80.3% in teeth with periapical lesions, 100% in teeth with fistula and 91.8% in patients with clinical symptoms respectively. Conclusion The teeth with periapical periodontitis because of failure in en- dodontic treatment may be conserved by the well re-treatment.
