摘要
采用薄层垂直板状聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、光密度扫描及数理统计方法对219头泌乳母牛血清中ALP同工酶的遗传规律及其与生产性能的关系作了研究.结果表明,ALP同工酶在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳条件下以两种不同的分子形式(ALP—F^A和ALP—F°)出现,具有较高的遗传力,与生产性能有一定的遗传相关,拟作为奶牛遗传育种的附加标记.
Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) isozymes of 219 Holstein cow's serum samples from two farms belonging to 15 sires were analysed by using thin layer vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,optical density scanning and statistical analysis. It was observed that the ALP isozymes had been shown to appear in two electrophoretically different molecular forms, ALP-FA and ALP-F0. The results indicated that ALP isozymes had high heritability and correlations with Performance traits, and may be used as genetic markers in the cow breeding.
