本文主要介绍了构建“数字化城市交通”的必要性以及相关概念 ,提出“数字化城市交通”的结构框架 ,指出信息技术的发展使得“数字化城市交通”的实现成为可能。

This paper presents the necessity of the digital urban traffic research,and introduces the structure of the digital urban traffic.Finally some advantages of the information technology have been discussed,which make the digital urban traffic be realized.
