对非定型类软件项目 ,即处于研究、开发阶段软件项目的定量管理与考核 ,一直是项目管理工作中的难点。本文针对这类项目 ,将项目所涉及的若干要素转化为工作量 ,并通过对工作量及其影响因素的客观分析 ,在实践中建立对软件非定型类项目的定性、定量管理和考核办法 ,实现对非定型类软件项目管理和考核。

The quantitative management and check of non-typical software project,which is at the stage of research and development,are the difficult point in the project management.In view of above fact,several key elements involved in the project are transformed into the work load,through the objective analysis of the work load and its influence factors,the qualitative and quantitative management and check method is established in practice,the facts have proved that the result is good.
