摘要
用胃蛋白酶/猪小肠液冻干粉两步酶解法测定猪对牧草草粉的消化率,并与全收粪比较测定.结果表明:干物质消化率两法测值吻合,总能消化率两法测值相近.用粗纤维和粗蛋白两指标均能较好预测草粉消化率,但粗纤维的r值更高.槐叶粉消化率两法测值差异较大.
In vitro digestibilities of hay-meal (Containing legume, grass and sophora japonica) for pig feeding were determined by pepsin/pig intestinal fluid, and a compatative study with in vivo method (full feces collecting) has also be conducted. The results indicated: values of dry matter and gross energy digestability by two methods are almost equal (grass, in vitro vs in vivo , DM 45.03% vs 45.18%; GE43.70% vs 45.84%; legume DM 55.22% vs 55.05%, GE52.49% vs 51.96% ) with the exception of Robinia pseudoocacia (DM 32.92% vs 46.73%, GE 30.91% vs 46.55% ) . CF and CP of hay-meal can expect DM and GE digestability very well (r>0.95, P<0.01) .
