摘要
滇池流域的可持续发展离不开信息系统的支持 ,但要构建滇池流域可持续发展管理信息系统却十分困难 ,因为涉及的范围太广。若以目前实行的投入产出核算制度并结合环境监测数据为基础来建立信息系统 ,则构建难度大大降低 ,而且能为规划者提供更加有效的可持续发展信息 ,为制订可持续发展战略提供依据。
The sustainable development of Dianchi Lake Basin needs information support,but it is very hard to build this kind of system for its complexity. In this paper we discuss the way to build the information system on the Input Output table and environment data.In this way,we can build the sustainable development information system more easily and provide more useful information for the sustainable development decision making.
