摘要
以贵州黄鸡快、慢羽纯系种鸡为亲本,设计四种组合交配(KK(?)×KW(?),RR(?)× RW(?),KK(?)×RW(?),RR(?)×KW(?)),形成合KK,KR,RR和KW,RW五种基因型的子代.观察了种蛋受精率,前8周龄的雏鸡成活率,体重及饲料效率等指标,表明慢羽基因K对这些性状具有更为有利的影响趋势.
Breeders of rapid and slow feathering lines of the Guizhou Brown Fowl were designed by four mating combination (KK×Kw, kk×kw, KK×kw, kk×Kw).Their progenies contained five gene types (KK, Kk, kk, Kw, kw) .Several early characters of the chicks, such as the fettility and the hatchability of selting eggs, the survival .ate, body weight and feed convertion in age of first 8 weeks were observed. Results of the observation indicated that effects of the slow feathering gene(K) on those characters were superior to the rapid feathering gene(K).
