四川榨菜病毒病的毒原种群及其分布 被引量:5

摘要 茎瘤芥菜病毒病是四川榨菜产区的主要病害.1987至1989三年在川东产区8个县、市的39个乡、镇,分期、分批采集病样600份,经生物学寄主谱鉴定、代表性病样血清学鉴定、寄主范围和物理特性测定,以及电镜观察证实:芜菁花叶病毒(TuMV)为病原的主导种群,占总采样数的79.0%;黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)和烟草花叶病毒(TMV)各占2.83%和1.17%;复合侵染病毒占4.34%.从不同发病时期和不同生态条件的近郊和远郊所采病样来看,虽都以芜菁花叶病毒种群为主,但烟草花叶病毒在发病盛期所占比例显著高于始期和终期,而黄瓜花叶病毒和复合侵染病毒在发病始期则显著高于盛期和终期,近郊病毒种群也显著比远郊复杂. The planting area of 'Zaicai' (Brassica juncea) is about 13.3 thausand ha in Sichuan. Virus disease is principal one in this vegetable region. In order to find out the status of group species and distribution of this morbificagent, 600 samples were collected in 39 twonships in 8 counties, in east Sichuan growing area in a three years survey (1987-1989) and examined in the biological host-flora, serological identific ation,host range and physical characters as well ss electronmicroscopical figure for the viruses seeked out in samples. The results indicate that Turnip Mosaic Virus (TuMV) is the prevailing one, accounting for 79.0% of the total, followed by Cucumber Mosaic Virus (CMV) and Tabacco Mosaic Mirus (TMV), accounting for 2.83% and 1.17% respectively; and complex virus infection account for 4.34%. Comprison between samples from near and far suburban areas in view of the differences of time of disease occurrence and ecological condition showed that TuMV could be found through the whole course of virus diseaee occurrence, but TMV occured likely in the prevailing period of disease, its percentage was markably high that other two in that time, while CMV and complex virus infection occur mostly in the early and late periods. Vitus populaion is more complicate in near suburb than in far suburb.
