摘要
在AFB_1分子上引入羧甲氧基氨,将其转化成AFB_1肟,用硅胶H柱色层层析对转化物进行分离,并用红外光谱、质谱鉴定,AFB_1肟的收率为理论产率的89%.并用碳二亚胺法将AFB_1肟成功地偶联到BSA上制成人工抗原AFB_1-oxime-BSA,研究了溶剂对偶联作用的影响.结果表明DMA-水体系比乙醇-水省时、省试剂.
An aflatoxin B1-l-(O-Carboxy methyl) Oxime uas prepared from aflatoxin B1 and purified. The overall yield was about 89%. The new aflatoxin B1 derive was characterized by mass spectrum, ultraviolet and infrared spectral analyses.
An artificial immunogen, aflatoxin B1-ome-BSA Conjugate, with a molecular ratio 16:1 of hepten to carries protein, was synthesized. The effect of different solvents for coupling aflatoxin B1-Oxime with BSA was studied and show to be advantageous in DMF-water.
