云南稻种资源低温耐贮性初步研究

PRELIMINARY STUDY ON STORAGE CHARACTERS OF YUNNAN RICE RESOURCES IN COLD BANK

对冷库贮藏八年半的云南稻种资源428份进行发芽力试验.利用M_(24)微机对所得的发芽势和发芽率数据进行分析处理.结果显示这428份云南稻种的平均发芽势为60.29%,平均发芽率为72.43%;品种的发芽势与发芽率呈极显正相关r=0.9042;不同类型的发芽力差异显著.由此可看出其低温耐贮性,籼稻和粘稻分别好于粳稻和糯稻,粳陆稻好于粳水稻;籼亚种的低温耐贮性普遍较好,粳水稻的耐贮性最差.最后,就云南稻种不同类型耐贮性差异的成因展开讨论,提出云南稻种各类型的冷库宜贮年限的设想.

The germination capacity of 428 varieties selected from Yunnan rice resources stored in a cold band for half and eight years were tested. The data in both vigor and Percentage of germination were analysed with M24 personal computer.The results showed that of the 428 entries the mean vigor and the mean percentage of germination were 60.29% and 72.43%, respectively,and has high significant correlation with r=0.9042, there were significant differences in germination capacity among classifications of Yunnan rice. It implies that there were differencs in storage life in cold bank among classifications: the Indica and the glutinous more storable than the Japonica and the nonglutinous, the Japonica-upland than the Japonica-paddy respectively. The whole categories of Indica had a long storage life while the Japonica-paddy shortest.In addition,the conditions resulted in the difference of storage life among the classifications were discussed and the possible storable years of classifications were suggested.
