摘要
本文对苹果属植物15种37个不同类型的染色体数目进行了补充报道,8个种为二倍体(2n=2x=34),7个种为多倍体(2n=3x=51和/或2n=4x=68).河南海棠(Malus konanensis,2n=3x=51,2n=4x=68)以及台湾林檎(M.forma-sona,2n=2x=34)的染色体计数为首次报道.此外还观察到具无融合生殖特性的三叶海棠(M.sieboldii)、变叶海棠(M.toringoides)和河南海棠的混倍体(3x,4x)现象.文章还对原产于我国的苹果属植物24种的染色体数目变异以及野生性多倍体具无融合生殖特性种类的应用前景进行了讨论.
This paper supplementary reports on the chromosome numbers of 15 species of Malus in China, including 37 materials. The lesults showed that 8 species are diploid, 2n=2x=34, and 7 species are polyploid, 2n=3x=51 and/or 2n=4x=68. The chromosome numbers of M.honanensis 2n=3x=51, 2n=4x=68 and M.formasona 2n=2x=34 are reported here for the first time. Moreover, the mixop-loids (3x, 4x) of M.sieboldii, M.toringoides and M.honanensis in apomictic character were found. Finally, the variation of chromosome numbers of 24 species of Malus in China and further applicatinn of wild, polyploid, apomictic species in apple bleeding are discussed.
