摘要
增效双效灵(HDE)是一种新型复合氨基酸农药.叶面喷施1—3次250—1000ppnHDE,能促进甘薯植株(溶液培养)的生长,可使甘薯单株鲜重较对照增加20%-22%,叶片粗蛋白质含量增加7%—22%,叶片内叶绿素和可溶性糖含量亦较对照为高,提高叶片的光合速率达19%—41%,使单位叶面积鲜重和干重分别增加3%—8%和7%—10%,在试验浓度中以500ppn0的效果为佳.试验结果表明,HDE具有明显的促进植物生长的活性.
Homodcmycinc ( HDE ) is a new agrochemicals of multiple amino acids. By this experiment it showed that spraying 250-1 000 ppm HDE on the leaves of Sigmon 1 sweet potato plant in solution culture 1-3 times could promote plant growth, the fresh weight of plant increment reached 20%-22% relative to contrast, the contents of rough protein in the leaves increase 7%-22%, the chlorophyll and soluble sugar were also higher. Furthermore, the photosyhthetic rate of the leaves was markedly enhanced about 19%-41% than control. Both the fresh and the dry weight of unit leaf area could increase respectively 3%-8% and 7 %-10% by HDE. In treated concentration, 500 ppm HDE was better.From the above results showed that HDE had obvious plant-stimulating activites.
