摘要
研究了大百合的核型和减数分裂过程.其核型简式:金佛山产的为K(2n)=2x=4+6st(2SAT)+14t(2SAT)=24,峨眉山产的为K(2n)=2x=4m+8st(2SAT)+12t(2SAT)=24;它们的单倍体n=12.减数分裂过程中除连续型分裂外,还有同时型分裂.
The Karyotype Analysis and the process of meiosis Cardiocrinum giganteum (Wall. ) Makino is discussed in this article. The karyotype analyses are similar both in Mt. Emeishan and Jinfoshan. Their Karyotype can be expressed by the following formulae: For C. giganteum ( Wall.) Makino of Jinfoshan is K(2 n) = 2 x=4 m + 6 st (2 SAT) + 14 t(2 SAT) = 24; For C. giganteum ( Wall. ) Makino of Emeishan is K(2 n)= 2x=4 m + 8st(2 SAT)+12t(2SAT) = 24; It is found that the type of cytokinesis can be of both simultanecus and successive.
