摘要
分析了在光蚀刻不锈钢码盘制作中存在的问题并提出了解决办法,使制作工艺大为改进,并制造出了线条整齐性较好的不锈钢码盘,且其蚀刻深度达0.15mm,腐蚀因子达3.2。
The problems in photoetching stainless steel code disk are analyzed and the solutions are proposed. In this way the manufacturing technology can be greatly improved. The stainless steel code disk has been manufactured with etching depth of 0.15mm and corrosive factor of 3.2.
