全国大学生电子设计竞赛的健康发展依赖于其普及性和公正性。普及性主要在于推动开设关于电子系统设计的课程 ,并在此基础上选拔参赛队员 ,而不是对少数尖子的培训 ;公正性则应采取措施消除各种违规现象。

The successful development of National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest relies on its popularization and justness. To achieve opularization we set up electronic design courses and then select match team members on this foundation, instead of urgent train for just a few clever students; Fairness should eliminate various phenomenon of violating rules. The key of insisting popularization and justness lies in the leaders.
