摘要
研究了双(1-甲酰胺基-3-芳酰基硫脲)甲烷(简称为I)在碱催化条件下的环化反应.结果表明,Ⅰ类化合物均被环化为双(3-基-4-芳酰基-1,2,4-三唑啉-5-硫酮)甲烷类化合物(简称为Ⅱ).所有化合物Ⅱ均经元素分析,代表化合物经质谱裂解碎片、~1H NMR和IR光谱分析确定其结构.
In this paper, a series of new bis(3-yl-4-aroyl-1,2,4-triazoline-5-thione) methanes (II) have been synthesized by the cyclization of bis (1-carbonylamino-3-aroylthiourea)methanes (I) under the catalysis of 4 mol/L K2CO3 4 mol/L solution in good yields (50.2%-92.4%). The structures of all compounds prepared were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR. The cyclic orientation of compounds I has been comfirmed by the detailed analysis of the fragmentation in Mass Spectrometry for compounds II.
