摘要
对山黄皮的胚胎学进行了较系统的研究,主要结果如下:①山黄皮花药四室,小孢子母胞减数分裂过程中,胞质分裂为同时型,小孢子四分体为四面体形和十字交叉形.成熟花粉粒为2-细胞型.②大孢子母细胞减数分裂形成4个“T”形排列的大孢子,合点端大孢子具功能.雌配子体发育属蓼型.③珠孔受精,核型胚乳,藜型胚胎发育.
Embryological studies of Randia cochinchinensis ( Lour. ) Merr. have been carried out systematically. The main results are as follows:I. The anther is tetralocular. Meiosis of the microsporocyte is accompanied by simultaneous cyto-kinensis and results in the formation of tetrahedral or decussat microspore tetrad. The mature pollen grains are two-celled. 2. After meiosis, the megaspo-rocyte gives rise to a 'T' shaped megaspore tetrad and the chalazal megaspore is functional.The development of female gametophyte is of the polylonum type. 3. The fertilization is of porogamy type. Endosperm formation is Nuclear. Embryogeny conforms to the Chenopodial type. 4. The obvious evolution law and the great variety in the embryplogical feature which manifested in plants of Rubiaceae have been summarized. The systematics and taxonomy of Rubiaceaeis discussed in the light of its systematic embryology.
