摘要
报导了用~1H NMR法测定丙二酸二异丙酯(DIPM)、氰基乙酸异丙酯(IPCA)混合物以及环己烷、异丙醇、水混合物中各组分相对含量.测定法的根据是:前一种混合物两组分的亚甲基化学位移δ值、积分面积(或积分高度)不同;后三种物质是根据它们的亚甲基、甲基、活性氢的δ值、积分高度不同,直接从~1H NMR波谱图中求出各组分的相对含量.测定结果表明:DIPM含量为93.9%,IPCA含量为6.1%,环己烷含量54.8%,异丙醇含量25.8%,水的含量19.4%.
The paper presented a method in which the relative amount of the mixed compositions of diisopropylmalonate (DIPM), iospropylcyanoacetate ( IPCA ) systen and cyclohexane, isopropanol, water system were measured by 1H NMR.This method mainly depended on the methenes of the first two compounds and the methyls, methenes, active hydrogens of the second three compounds having different values of 5 shifts and integrating heights respectively. From the 1H. NMR spctrogram the relative amounts of each composition can be got directly. The results show: DIPM is 93.9%, IPCA is 6.1 %; cyclohexane is 54.8%, isopropanol is 25.8% and water is 19.4%.
