高血压脑出血综合治疗疗效观察及临床护理

Observation and Clinical Nursing of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage with Combined Treatment

目的 探讨高血压脑出血综合治疗的临床疗效。方法 采用综合治疗技术 (包括钻刺穿刺引流术、中西医结合治疗各种并发症以及早期介入康复治疗 )治疗高血压脑出血病人共 92例。结果 生存率 85 % ,死亡率 15 % ,获得了较为满意的疗效。结论 早期的康复治疗指导等一系列临床护理措施 ,赢得了抢救时间和康复的机会 ,对提高生存率 。

Objective To probe the clinical nursing of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with combined treatment. Methods With combined treatment, which including puncture and drainage, combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine for all kinds of complications, early entervening and recovering treatment, in 92 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Results Survival rate was 85%, death rate was 15%, receiving a satisfied curative effect. Conclusions A series of clinical nursing measures can raise survival rate, decrease causing disablement.
