猪精子细胞电穿孔及DNA转染的新途径 被引量：4

摘要 用动物精子作为外源DNA载体已成为转基因的主要方法之一,外源DNA通过精子导入后代,有可能简化转基因动物的生产.目前转基因最普遍采用的是微注射法,但其技术要求高、实验设备昂贵、效率低,导致生产成本高.因而寻找一种简单、高效的转基因方法具有重要的意义.
