益精方对注射环磷酰胺雄性大鼠性激素及睾丸组织形态学的影响

Effect of Yi Jing Fang to the sex hormone level and testis' s histology of the male rats which was injected by cytoxan (CTX)

目的观察益精方防治环磷酰胺(CTX)致雄性大鼠性腺抑制的作用。方法用CTX腹腔注射,造成大鼠性腺抑制。对经益精方治疗大鼠的性激素水平和睾丸组织形态学进行观测。结果益精方可以显著减轻睾丸组织结构的损害,提高血清睾酮(Ts)水平,降低血清促卵泡素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)含量。结论益精方防治CTX致性腺抑制的作用机理在于其减轻睾丸组织损伤,维持正常Ts水平,保持Ts、FSH、LH之间的平衡,从而维持正常的性腺功能。

Objective To study the effect of Yi Jing Fang to prevent and treat the inhibition of sexual gland caused by cytoxan (CTX) . Method To observe the effect of Yi Jing Fang to the sex hormone level and testis' s histology of the male rats which was Injected by cytoxan (CTX) . Results Yi Jing Fang could relieve the testis tissue damage, improve the level of testostorone (Ts) in serum and decline the level of follicle - stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizint hormone (LH) in serum. Condusion Yi Jing Fang prevented and treated the inhibition of sexual gland by relieving the testis tissue damage, increase the level of Ts and regulating the balance of Ts、 FSH and LH in serum.
