卫氏并殖吸虫成虫半胱氨酸蛋白酶基因的克隆与表达 被引量:1

摘要 目前已从卫氏并殖吸虫的成虫、囊蚴及虫卵中分离出至少6种半胱氨酸蛋白酶,可能参与囊蚴脱囊、幼虫移行、营养物质的吸收及免疫逃避等生理过程。虽然应用分子生物学方法研究了卫氏并殖吸虫半胱氨酸蛋白酶基因及酶蛋白的生物学特性,但对酶基因与酶蛋白之间的相互关系、酶蛋白的具体功能仍知之甚少。该酶具有很强的抗原性,能在体内持续释放,有可能用于卫氏并殖吸虫感染的免疫学诊断。
