4℃保存的红细胞在恶性疟原虫体外培养中的寿命观察

本文报道4C保存的红细胞,在恶心疟原虫体外培养中,通过红细胞感染率、疟原虫生长发育及血液质量的观察,结果表明红细胞寿命可长达75d。提示红细胞可以延长使用至50d。

To study the infective rate of erythrocytes, the growth of parasite of plasmodium Falciparum and the quality of bollds to culture palasite of P. f by stored at temperature of 4 C in vitro. The results show that erythrocyte longevity are up to 75 days. It is suggested that erythrocytes can be cultared up to so days.
