摘要
Tyzzer＇s菌为严格的细胞内寄生,无法在人工培养基上增殖,目前国内常使用的方法为鸡胚和实验动物活体传代。我们实验室成功地在小鼠3T3细胞上培养小鼠Tyzzer＇s菌（MT-3T3）用套式PCR方法扩增,扩增出Tyzzer＇s茵特有的196hp条带。目前MT-3T3细胞已经应用于分子生物学和分子病理学的研究。
bacillus piliformis is an obligate intracellular bacterium, can't proliferate in artificial medium. Now it's propagated in embryonated hen's eggs and living animals in our country. We have successfully cultured the organism in mouse 3T3 cell(MT-3T3) and amplified the specifc 196 bp DNA of the organism with PCR. Now the MT-3T3 cell has been used in the research of molecular biology and molecular pathology.
