康宁口服液在晚期食道癌放疗中增敏作用之研究

Clinical study of Kangning(KN) oral liquor combined with radiation for esophageal cancer

目的 观察康宁口服液与放疗同时进行对中晚期食管癌的放疗增效作用。方法 1997年 3月至 1998年10月 ,采用随机分组对 46例中晚期食管癌进行放疗与康宁口服液同步治疗 (A组 ) ,并与 46例单纯放射治疗组 (B组 )的结果进行对比。结果 近期疗效 :A组有效率 93 .5 % ,B组有效率 78.3 %。两组比较有显著性差异。 1、2年生存率 ,康宁合并放疗组为 71.7%、60 .9% ,而单放组为 5 4.3 %、3 9.1%。

Objective To observe the radiosensibility of KN oral liquor.Methods From March 1997 to October 1998,KN oral liquor was used as radiosensitizer combined with radiation to treat esophageal cancer.A total of 92 cases were randomized into two groups,46 cases were treated by radiotherapy combined with KN oral liquor(group A),46 cases were treated by radiotherapy alone (group B).Results Early term response rates were 93.5% in A group and 78.3% in B group(χ 2=4.39 P<0.05), 1 ,2 year survival rates in group A,were 71.7%,60.9% while in group B were 54.3%, 39.1%(x 2=3.73 P<0.05 x 2=4.37 P<0.05).The side effects were found to be mild.Conclusion It is suggested that KN oral liquor could increase the radiosensibility and improve the survival rate.
