脊髓型颈椎病患者的性功能改变(附14例分析)

目的 :探讨脊髓型颈椎病与性功能改变的关系。方法 :对 60例脊髓型颈椎病患者的性功能状况进行问卷调查。结果 :14例病人 (2 3 % )存在性功能改变。对 14例患者发病前后性功能总分、勃起功能、性欲、射精功能、高潮情况进行比较 ,发病后的得分明显低于发病前 ,统计学处理有显著性差异。结论

Objective: To evaluate the relationship between cervical spondylosis myelopathy and sexual dysfunction.Method:60 patients with cervical spondylosis myelopathy were investigated by questionnaire.Result:14 patients(23%)have sexual dysfunction.The sexual total score,erectile function,libido,ejaculation function and climax status of these 14 patients were studied.Scores after disease were apparently lower than scores before disease,and a significant difference was found.Conclusion:Cervical spondylosis myelopathy could result in sexual dysfunction.
