摘要
目的 :研究侵袭性骨肿瘤细胞凋亡及P16、P2 1、Bcl 2的表达及其临床及生物学意义。方法 :用原位DNA末端标记法及免疫组化法检测了 6种 12 3例侵袭性骨肿瘤细胞凋亡及P16、P2 1、Bcl 2的表达情况 ,计算其阳性反应率。结果 :几种骨肿瘤中P16、P2 1表达较普遍。Bcl 2的表达仅见于部分恶性肿瘤病例 ,良性肿瘤不表达。恶性骨肿瘤P2 1和Bcl 2基因蛋白表达阳性率均高于良性肿瘤 ,差异有显著的意义 (P值 <0 .0 1)。恶性骨肿瘤细胞凋亡及P16基因蛋白阳性率均低于良性肿瘤 ,差异有显著的意义 (P值 <0 .0 1)。结论 :细胞凋亡及相关基因P16、P2 1的异常活动在骨肿瘤的发生、发展过程中可能起着重要的作用。而Bcl 2的表达可作为良。
Objective: To determine the expression of apoptosis,P16,P21 and Bcl 2 in the aggressive bone tumors.Methods A series of 123 aggressive bone tumors were analyzed for the expression of apoptosis by 3 endlabeling method of DNA in tissue section,and the expression of P16,P21 and Bcl 2 by immunohistochemical technique.The indexes of apoptosis,P16,P21 and Bcl 2 were respectively the percentages of apoptosis cells or P16,P21 and Bcl 2 positive cells.Result:It was found the expressions of apoptosis,P16 and P21 were quite common in the bone tumors.The positive rate of the P21 and Bcl 2 expression in the malignant bone tumors were higher than that in the benign bone tumors and there were significantly different( P <0.01).The positive rate of the apoptosis and P16 expression in the malignant bone tumors were lower than that in the benign bone tumors and there were significantly different( P <0.01).Conclusion:The authors concluded that the abnormal activities of the apoptosis,P16 and P21 play an important role in the course of the development of the bone tumors.Additionally,the expression situation of the Bcl 2 may be used to distinguish the maligant and the benign bone tumors.
