摘要
目的 :测定骨延长术中的骨钙素和胰岛素样因子 -Ⅰ的含量变化 ,探讨其在骨损伤愈合中的作用。方法 :将 3 2只成年狗随机分为 5组 ,用Ilizarov外固定架行胫骨延长术 ,每天延长 1mm ,延长段为实验区 ,对侧胫骨相应部位为对照区 ,分别于术后第 2、4、6、8、12周取材 ,测定骨钙素、胰岛素样因子 -Ⅰ的含量。结果 :实验区的骨钙素含量随时间延长而增多 ,但明显低于对照区 ,P <0 .0 5 ;而胰岛素样因子 -Ⅰ与对照区比无明显差别。结论 :不同时期不同的非胶原蛋白骨生长因子含量可能不同 。
Objective:To examine the change of osteocalin and insulin like growth factor Ⅰ(IGF Ⅰ)during bone lengthening,and to clarity the healing mechanism of the bone injury.Methods:The 32 shephered dogs were divided into five groups at random.Their tibia were lengthened by Ilvzarov's external fixator at the rate of 1mm everyday.The lengthening area was the experimental area,the opponent area was the control area.The sample was obtained respectively at 2,4,6,8,12 weeks.The sample was defatted,dried,powdered,centrifuged and measured with a radioimmnoassay.Results:The osteocalin concentration increased at the subsequent time periods,and was signifficantly lower than the control area, P <0.05.But the IGF Ⅰ concentration was not significantly lower.Conclusion:The different noncollagenous bone growth factors may be different at the different time,and their effect may be different.
