摘要
目的 :研究参酮活血胶囊的制备方法及临床疗效。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法对成品中芍药苷进行含量测定 ,线性范围1 0～5 0μg/ml ,r=0 9995。结果 :成品中芍药苷的含量不得低于31mg/g。结论 :该制备工艺合理 ,方法可靠 。
OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation and clinical therapeutic effect of Shentonghuoxue capsules.METHODS:The content of paeoniflorin in the product was determined with HPLC method.RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear in the concentrations ranging from 1.0 to 5.0μg/ml,r=0.9 995,The content of paeoniflorin in product was not lower than 31mg/g.CONCLUSION:The preparation technic of capsule is feasible and the quality of product can be controlled with HPLC.
