反相高效液相色谱法测定复方环丙沙星注射液的含量

Determination of the Contents of Components in Co-ciprofloxacin Injection by RP-HPLC

目的 :测定复方环丙沙星注射液中环丙沙星和替硝唑的含量。方法 :采用反相 -高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱C18 柱 ,流动相为0 4mol/L枸橼酸 -甲醇 -乙腈 (2∶1∶0 8) ,流速为0 8ml/min ,检测波长为277nm。结果 :环丙沙星和替硝唑的回收率分别为99 7 %、99 6 % ,RSD分别为0 9 %、0 7 %。结论 :本方法快速、准确 ,可作为该复方制剂的质量控制标准。

OBJECTIVE:To determine the contents of ciprofloxacin and tinidazole in compound ciprofloxacin injection.MET_HODS:RP-HPLC method has been developed.The moble phase was 0.4mol/L citric acid-methanol-acetonitrile(2∶1∶0.8).The flow rate was 0.8ml/min.The detective wavelength was 277nm.RESULTS:The average recovery and relative stan_dard deviation were 99.7% and 0.9% for ciprofloxacin,99.6% and 0.7% for tinidazole.CONCLUSION:This method is rapid,simple,accurate and suitable for the quality control of this preparation.
