摘要
载脂蛋白E等位基因具有多态性(ε2、ε3和ε4),ε4可能与卒中的发生和预后有关,并且是动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血预后不良的危险因素;ε2可能是淀粉样血管病脑出血的危险因素。
