生物活性GDC治疗颅内动脉瘤的进展 被引量：2

摘要 由于电解可脱铂金弹簧圈(GDC)在动脉瘤的栓塞治疗中存在动脉瘤再通、增大和破裂等问题,目前国外已经对多种生物活化的GDC材料进行了试验研究。文章对细胞活化GDC、细胞外基质蛋白涂层GDC和生物可吸收多聚化合物涂层GDC的制作、应用和效果进行了综述。
