脑缺血耐受及其机制的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 近年来的研究发现,不单是缺血,其他一些因素,如缺氧、低温、药物等也可引起脑对缺血的耐受;不同的缺血耐受可通过不同的机制发挥保护作用。兴奋性氨基酸、炎症、应激蛋白、凋亡以及一些信号传导通路参与了脑缺血耐受的形成。
