摘要 提出了一种新型分离式温控热管并进行了实验研究 ,该热管能够在保持传热温度变化很小的情况下自动改变传热功率来适应负荷变化的需要。实验结果表明 ,当温控热管传热功率增加 2 0 0 %时 ,热管工作温度变化小于 5 % ,温控热管的启动过程较常规热管快 ;在实验范围内 ,不凝性气充气压力越高 ,启动过程越短。 An experimental study was conducted of a novel temperature control heat pipe of separation type. With the help of this heat pipe it is possible to effect an automatic change of heat transfer power to adapt to load variations while maintaining a very small change in heat transfer temperature. Test results indicate that when the heat transfer power of the heat pipe increases by 200%, the change of heat pipe operating temperature is found to be less than 5%. The start up process of the temperature control heat pipe takes less time than that of a conventional heat pipe. Within the range of the experimental test the higher the charging pressure of non condensable gas, the shorter the duration of the start up process.
